The Taxpayer Administrator must be an owner/officer or employee of the business who can represent the business on all matters with the Department. The Taxpayer Administrator can perform all tax related functions or may delegate all or some of those functions to an Taxpayer User. To create your Taxpayer Administrator portal profile, please visit www.ccdortax.cookcountyil.gov and click “Create a Taxpayer Administrator Portal Profile.” During this process, you will need to reference your Cook ID and PIN that have been mailed to you. If you receive the Notice to Create Taxpayer Administrator Portal Profile and are not the Taxpayer Administrator, please forward the notice to the appropriate person.
